A dynamic husband and wife duo.  Each specializes in their field of expertise. Andrea is the registered dietitian and Dunstan is the performance coach.  Aside from their work they have 5 children and lead a busy and active lifestyle - where they "practice what they preach."  They strive to help each client meet their fitness and nutrition goals through proper  training and fueling.
